Abstract (EN)

Siyasetnames director-managed by viziers and statesmen how it should be managed which contains information from the ruler of providing justice and the law which requires the continuity of important historical sources. The ruler of the creator of the earth, we believe it is representative, the administrator of justice, and to ensure continuity of law is a big responsibility at the point of risks that we see. In 1603-1617, Katibi's Gencine-i Adalet subject to study the ruler of the Ottoman Empire I. Ahmed has been presented. Which were written up in this period Siyasetnames Gencine-i Adalet is certainly a lot of importance. Gencine-i Adalet is a longer book than other Siyasetnames. Arabic and Persian are also diffucult to understand the language of the book rather than prepositional phrase. XVII. century, the rise of the Ottoman Empire is a period of stagnation has taken a step. Many institutions because of the deterioration in the functioning of Ottoman life has occurred. Siyasetnames mentioned the ruler of the Ottoman Empire to be presented to pause at the beginning of the era of course not accidental. Gencine-i Adalet, shed light on the events of the period and to make recommendations in terms of the various rulers of the period is an important resource. Siyasetnames prepared in this study have an important role in the acquisition of the Gencine-i Adalet's are provided and the transfer of transcription Siyasetnames to do other political, social, cultural and economic fields tried to explain some of the issues.
