The application of digital transformation in a production enterprise

In the increasingly competitive environment in our globalizing world, companies should use various techniques to stand out in their sectors. In the modern world, where the transformative effect of digitalization is felt, supply chain management should follow digital requirements. In this study; a digital system design has been carried out in which everyone will be informed about the changes in the enterprise at the same time by providing detailed information about the digital transformation studies in the supply chain and the process will be aligned accordance with feedbacks and suggestions. With the «Change Management System» project carried out through EBA, which means electronic filing and Workflow management; It has been ensured that potential downtime and accidents in process, safety, labor and quality changes are foreseen and recorded. The monitoringof the activities aimed at providing a safe and continuous working environment has been systematized in a digital environment. In addition, it is ensured that the employees are informed about the changes at the same time.
