Abstract (EN)
Boilers are an essential component of many industrial and commercial installations, providing heating and hot water for a variety of applications. However, with so many different types and models available, it is important to choose the right boiler. There are many factors to consider when choosing a boiler. First of all, the size and capacity of the boiler should be suitable for the heating and other needs of the facility. A boiler that is too small will not provide sufficient heating, while a boiler that is too large will be inefficient and cause energy waste. Secondly, the fuel type and efficiency of the boiler should be evaluated. Different fuels have different costs and environmental impacts and the efficiency of the boiler will affect operating costs. Finally, the cost and maintenance requirements of the boiler should be considered. While a cheaper boiler may seem like a good option initially, it may cost more in the long run if it requires frequent repairs or spare parts. Fuzzy multi-criteria decision making is a metot that can be used to evaluate and compare different options based on multiple criteria. Fuzzy logic is a mathematical tool that allows the representation of imprecise or uncertain data, which is often encountered in decision-making situations. By using fuzzy logic, decision makers can take into account the uncertainty and ambiguity of available information and make more informed decisions. The advantages of using fuzzy logic in decision making include the ability to handle incomplete or uncertain data, the flexibility to represent different types of data, and the ability to provide a more comprehensive evaluation of different options. The steps involved in fuzzy multi-criteria decision making are defining the problem, determining the criteria, weighting the criteria, evaluating the options and selecting the best option according to the results. In this application, the boiler selection for the energy facility to be established by the textile finishing company in Denizli was made with multi-criteria decision-making methods. As a metot; Fuzzy CRITIC was used in the criteria weighting. Fuzzy EDAS and Fuzzy WASPAS metots were used in the evaluation of the alternatives. Based on the results found, the alternatives were ranked within themselves, the ideal boiler was determined, and the metots were compared.
