Abstract (EN)

Since the day one of the world's existance, energy has been a very important issue that human beings urged upon. Within the raise of energy consuming, environmental conciousness and sustainabilty accompanies. Environmental problems occur and raise while the energy need is provided. Domestic burners, which are extensive around the globe, should burn without any decrease on the efficiency and fit by the limits for emmision values. Natural gas is widely used as the burner in domestic burners and methane forms highly important part of the natural gas. Determining the parameters that causes the dirty emmision which will occur during the burning, is highly important to reduce the emmision. The effect of the parameters like Reynolds number, equivalence ratio, the height of the hob, feeding pressure, to the carbon emmision were investigated in the literature. Likewise the effects of the flame temperature was alse theorically investigated. In this study, as a difference to the previous studies, the flame temperature of the home type burner becks on different hob heights was measured using the Rayleigh Thermometry. The experimental values of the flame temperatures effect to the emmisions on different hob heights were compared to the numerical study.
