Conditions of admissibility related to person in the individual application

In this study, the individual application institution and admissibility examination in Turkish Law are explicated in general, the admissibility requirements related to the individual are examined in detail and the opinions in the doctrine and the decisions of the Constitutional Court on the issue are included. With the application of the relevant European Court of Human Rights, individual application in European countries Germany, Austria and Spain has been addressed. The positive basis of the study consists of the relevant articles of the Constitution, the Law No. 6216 on the Establishment and Trial Procedures of the Constitutional Court and the Rules of Procedure of the Constitutional Court. Within the scope of the study, the deficiencies in the legislation and the problems in implementation were made and recommendations were made regarding the individual application path.
