Abstract (EN)

Public banks in the Turkish banking system constitute a significant part of the market. This necessitates questioning how effectively loans, the main source of income for banking, are marketed by public banks. In our study, an assessment was made in terms of the effects of individual credit marketing on bank performance and then public and private sector banks were compared in this framework. In the first three chapters, the theoretical framework of credit, performance and marketing in banking was tried to be presented. Our method, hypothesis and analysis are revealed in forth and fifth chapters.
