In this study, frequency and percentage analysis, independent sample t test, ANOVA analysis, Post Hoc tests and Pearson correlation analysis were used. As a result; e-sports attitudes, decision-making skills and problem solving skills of the athletes were found to be at a moderate level. A significant difference was found in the relationship between athletes scores on e-sports attitudes and their decision-making styles scores. A significant difference was found in the relationship between athletes scores on e-sports attitudes and problem solving skill scores. Playing e-sports games in a conscious and planned way can support athletes personal development by contributing to their free time and socialization. E-sports games may serve as a supportive tool for athletes by enhancing team communication and coordination. Additionally, they may exert positive effects on athletes by fostering strategic thinking, facilitating rapid decision-making, and contributing to the development of reflexes.
