Abstract (EN)
In this study, it is aimed to develop the modified electrode for the electrochemical determination of bisphenol A. With this aim; pencil graphite electrodes are modified with metalphthalocyanine tetrasulfonate sunbtances (MeFSTS). The electrochemical performance of CoFSTS, NiFSTS, CuFSTS and FeFSTS are investigated by cyclic voltammetry for bisphenol A. A remarkable improvement are observed on the performance of electrodes which is modified NiFSTS and CoFSTS. The concentration study was carried out with modified electrodes by differential pulse voltammetry. It was determined that linear concentration range of bisphenol A is 0,5 µM to 10 µM by using both of modified electrodes. The detection limit of modified electrode was calculated 3,0.10-7 M ve 4,6.10-7 M, respectively. The effect of interfering species were less than 5%. The data from the study shows that pencil graphite electrodes modified with NiFSTS and CoFSTS are used determination of bisphenol A for analytical purposes.
