Abstract (EN)
In this thesis study, it has been reviewed and investigated the biogas which is fuel composition composed of an average of 55% methane and 45% CO2, and its flue gas emissions at the Biosun Katı Atık ve Enerji Üretim A.Ş. Pamukova, Adapazarı. The produced biogas is burned in the gas engines and occurred combustion gases such as sulfur dioxide, nitrogen monoxide, nitrogen dioxide, carbon monoxide and dust. In this study, the stabilization of gas emissions that comes from the exhaust gases, and take necessary precautions in order not to exceed the legal regulation limits, throughout the process from biogas production to combustion stages was investigated.
