Abstract (EN)

Power need, increased with improved technology, made renewable resources much more important. One of those renewable energy sources is biogas, produced by processing waste product. There are a lot of parameters like type of organic manure, temperature, mixing, pH, retention time effecting the performance of biogas production. One of the important parameter is organic manure mixing. In this study, anaerobic treatability of cow manure which taken from the willage house in Afyon province, Döğer town in biogas reactor and the optimum conditions for biogas production were investigated. The biogas reactor unit was made of 4 mm thick with stainless-steel material, 2.5 m diameter and 3 m length and 15 m3 total volumes. In order to keep constant of the reactor unit inlet temperature at 35oC, heat exchanger unit was used and installed. It was observed that the amount of annual manure, biogas and energy production were 182.5 ton, 7122 m3 and 32576 kWh, respectively. It was calculated that the amount of 126.8 kWh/day electricity can be produced from the 19.51 m3 daily produced biogas.
