Blockchain based digital portfolio application

Blockchain technologies, which have developed a lot in recent years, are widely used in areas such as education, health and disaster, and stand out with the principles of decentralization and transparency. A system that works impartially according to its own rules, without having any authority, attracts the attention of software developers. Blockchain is the first technology that comes to mind because it continues to work in case of any disaster or emergency due to its distributed structure. This situation has revealed the necessity of using blockchain technology in areas where it is needed. In this thesis study, a blockchain-based decision support system modeling was created. In this modeling, a decision support system in the field of education was designed and evaluated. Ethereum blockchain was used in the modeling. Smart contracts for the training portfolio were written in Solidity language using the Remix IDE editor on the Ethereum blockchain. Cost analysis and software tests of these smart contracts were carried out on the Ethereum test network-Ganache. As a result of this research, a blockchain-based decision support system modeling was made. A transparent and decentralized coordination system that works with automatic decision mechanisms such as emergencies, disasters, health and education has been proposed.
