Abstract (EN)

Structural and electronic properties of adsorption of the armchair (3,3) single walled boron nitride (BN) nanotube on the reconstructed (1×2) rutile (110) titania (TiO2) surface were examined by using ab initio based on density functional theory. The atomic structure and the other important parameters of the obtained stable surfaces and the chemically adsorbed the armchair (3,3) single walled boron nitride nanotubes were researched. The electronic band structures and the orbital nature of the surface states were also characterized.
