Financial consequences of divorce

The subject of our study is " financial consequences of divorce". There are two consequences of divorce, legal and financial. There are three consequences of divorce: non-pecuniary damage, financial compensation and alimony. There are four main parts in our study. In the first part, the definition of the concept of divorce and the conditions of divorce are discussed. In the second part, the definition of the concept of non-pecuniary compensation and the conditions of non-pecuniary compensation are discussed. In the third part of our study, the definition of the concept of pecuniary compensation and the conditions of pecuniary compensation are discussed. In the fourt part of our study, the definition of the concept of poverty alimony and the conditions of poverty alimony are discussed.
