Abstract (EN)
This study focuses on digital transformation, which provides businesses with a significant competitive advantage in line with today's technological advancements, and aims to highlight how businesses can determine their position in the digital transformation landscape. A comprehensive literature review explores the conceptual framework of digital transformation, and a case study explores how businesses implement digital transformation and how to determine their level of digital maturity. Given the limited number of similar studies in the literature on determining digital maturity, this study is believed to make a significant contribution. In this respect, the study can serve as a valuable example for businesses to assess the obstacles they face during the digital transformation process and how to overcome these challenges.
