Abstract (EN)
In this study, Bovine Serum Albumin (BSA)-Dextran Sulfate (DS) complexes which is a complex of polyelectrolyte-protein, were formed and the interaction of DS with BSA was examined. Up to pH of the environment, BSA protein forms complexes which dissolve in the water. In our experiments, complexes were prepared at various proportions (nBSA/nDS, nDS/nBSA) and examined under various (pH=7 and pH=5) pH values. Because of the fact that DS and BSA carry different electric charges up to pH values, system was examined up to pH values and because of the fact that interaction mechanism up to components, the system was examined up to proportion. By using GPC-VISCOTEC ( Chromatography of Molecular Election, UV, Refractive Index, Vıscosity, and Chromatographyic System which has Light Emitting Detectors), Fluorescence Spectrofotometer, Zeta-Sizer (for measuring particle dimension and Zeta potential) and HPLC devices, structure-function analyses and physicochemical characterisation of complexes were realized. Key words: Polyelectrolyte, bovine serum albumin, BSA-Dextran sulfate complexes, GPC, HPLC.
