The implementation of a pipe factory of selection third party logistic via mixed model with integrating fuzzy DAMATEL and fuzzy TOPSIS methods

Logistics service provider selection is a complex multi ? criteria decision making process; in which, decision makers have to deals with the optimization of conflicting objectives such as quality, cost, and delivery time.Make a decision is difficult and time consuming process when the choice of 3PL company think about under these criteria. For this reason providers can not make a decision easily in this field. Because of these risks, selection is supported from a system and this is an inevitable situation. The aim of this study is to propose an approach based on Fuzzy DEMATEL and Fuzzy TOPSİS to help decision making in companies. In this approach the weights of the criteria are determined with Fuzzy DEMATEL method since classical DEMATEL can not take into consideration the subjectivity and uncertainty in the decision making process.
