Abstract (EN)
In this study, the citizenship problems in Turkey, Bulgaria and EU (European Nations) of Turkish from Bulgaria after Cold War era is analyzed. Qualitative analysis group is comprised of 25 people. In this analysis hermeneutics method is used. In order to analyze the citizenship rights of participants in the group, semi-structured interview form is set up by the analyzer. The interviews were recorded by the participants permittance, who had migrated from Bulgaria to Turkey, were reported face to face without any time limitation and consisted of 10 questions. In the conclusion of the qualitative analysis, it is formed out that most of the paticipants' citizenship problems had been solved out even if some had faced rare problems.
