Abstract (EN)
ABSTRACT Arrangement of working environment is one of the most important research fields of ergonomy. The aim of ergonomy is to provide comfort, speed and guality for people by considering human faktör in the arrangement of working environment. Ergonomy is in every place where people exist. From the view point of ergonomy human is not only a resource that is used physiologically but also a creative particigant that is utilized with its brainpower. Because of the inceasing number of people who work in offices where information is processed, researchers started to pay attention to the working conditions of offices an occupational effectiveness and productivity of environment. The way of providing productivity an effectiveness is to arrange offices ergonomically. In this research relations between ergonomy, office and productivity are studied and a number of coclusions are reached. In the first section these concepts are explained in second section the focus is on the effects of decoration and ergonomically arrangement of offices and working environment on productivity. Lastly in the third section with the case study which is carried out in Bursa İl Milli Eğitim Müdürlüğü (Bursa Organization of National Education) the role of ergonomically arrangement of offices in productivity and staff education is researched.
