Investigation of Bursa Metropolitan Municipality environment investments

In this study, the effects of Turkey's environment policies on the metropolitan municipalities were investigated. It was interesting to examine how to apply and develop the environmental policy by the metropolitan municipalities and their results and perception on the protection of the environment. Environmental problems are classified as local, regional, national, and international mostly created by human beings. Therefore, Metropolitan Municipality is the most important step to start up for funding and application of the environmental laws and policies to solve environmental problems. Bursa Metropolitan Municipality was selected to investigate the applications of environmental laws and policies as well as their investments for protection of the environment.
