Abstract (EN)

The research was conducted in 2018-2019 at the Bursa location, using five main lines and three father tester lines, using the Line x Tester method. The obtanined 15 hybrid combinations and 8 main lines were carried out in 3 replications according to the randomized block design. In the study, the number of flowering days, plant height, ear height, ear length, ear diameter, number of rows in the ear, the number of grains in the row and the yield of fresh ear without husk were examined. It is aimed to determine the hybrid combinations and hybrid power of main lines and hybrids, which show superior general and specific hybrids, which show superior general and specific adaptability according to the multi-sequence method. According to the findings, genotypes and hybrids were found to be important in all traits except ear length. According to line x tester analysis, general adaptability effects were found to be significant in all properties except ear length. Special adaptability effects were found to be significant except fort he number of flowering days, ear length and number of ear per plant. The variance value of GUY/OSY was found to be less than 1 for all the traits examined, except for ear length, and it was concluded that superior dominance and non-additive genes were effective in inheritance. The lowest rates of heterosis and heterobeltiosis of the hybrid combinatios were found in the number of ear per plant with -45.2% and -58.1%, respectively, while the highest value was obtained in the yield of fresh ear without husk with 227.6% and 224.96%. A-5 X B-2, TM-83 X B-2 and A-6 X B-2 were found to be promising hybrid combinations in.
