Abstract (EN)
This study was conducted to investigate for yield and quality traits to some bread wheat varieties (Triticum aestivum L.) which were planted with 3 replications 6m2 plots at Aplications and Research Center, Uludag University Faculty of Agriculture, 2016-2017 and 2017-2018 growing season conditions is Bursa province. In study, plant height, spike length, spikelet number, grain number per spike, thousand grain weight, grain yield, protein content, sedimentation value, gluten content were investigated. As result properties, Momtchill with 540,33 kg / da grain yield and Adelaide varieties with 529,33 kg / da grain yield were the notable varieties. The protein content values of these varieties were average and above average, it was concluded that they are candidates for variety recommended in Bursa conditions.
