Abstract (EN)
In this thesis, thought as a brand new idea, a vehicle routing algorithm will be presented. It will be based on time windows and location based clustering. Previous works on location based clustering are prooved to be successfull. In this thesis, location based clustering and timewindow based clustering is applied at the same time. It is shown that it can generate good results. Proposed metod is applied on a big data platform and also usability on such system is also described.
