Analysis of the risks in the work shops of the metropolitan municipality by fine kinney and matrix methods

Thanks to the Occupational Health and Safety Law No. 6331 published in 2012, a major step has been taken in occupational health and safety in our country. In order to make the working life in our country healthier and safer, we have made many studies in the sense of legislation in 2012 and we have ensured that we have the degree of countries with rich legislation in the field of occupational health and safety. Preserving this degree will ensure the public's occupational health and safety culture. Implementation of occupational health and safety legislation by the public means making it a part of life and becoming a culture of occupational health and safety. In the establishment of occupational health and safety culture in enterprises, it is necessary to reach the level of management and worker from the level of management to the level of occupational health and safety, to understand the importance of occupational health and safety at all levels and also to support these activities within the enterprise. While creating occupational health and safety culture in the enterprise, risk identification, risk analysis and corrective and preventive actions based on the analysis are among the basic elements. Risk assessment is carried out with the purpose of determining the hazards that may or may occur in the workplace, the factors that lead these risks to risk, the risks that are caused by the hazards, the grading and grading of the risks and the determination of the control measures. There are many risk assessment methods. Fine Kinney and L type 5x5 matrix methods are among the most common risk assessment methods. In this study, a list of possible dangers has been formed by recording the nonconformities identified in terms of occupational health and safety in the central construction sites belonging to the Metropolitan Municipality of Manisa. According to the list, the risks that may be caused by the hazards have been determined. After evaluating the priorities of the risks, corrective and preventive actions were taken and action was taken. Two different risk assessments were prepared by using Fine Kinney and L type 5x5 matrixmethods. While evaluating the differences between the prepared risk assessments, their efficiency in the field was also compared.
