Abstract (EN)
Today, the use of service robots is becoming widespread in the health sector as in other sectors. For this reason, it is important to investigate the attitudes of patients receiving health services related to service robots. For this purpose, in this study, the effect of perceived advantages and disadvantages and perceived value on the intention to use service robots in the health sector was investigated. For this purpose, data were collected from 394 patients by questionnaire. As a result of structural equation modelling analysis, it was found that perceived advantage and perceived value positively and significantly affect the intention to use service robots. On the other hand, it was determined that perceived disadvantage did not significantly affect the intention to use. The study also made recommendations to the sector and researchers.
