Abstract (EN)

With this research, communication and communication satisfaction in the banking sector in which organizational culture and organizational communication are determined with definite forms are discussed. It is thought that the examination of the relationship between employee's voice and communication satisfaction, the moderator effect informal communication channels and gender will contribute to both the literature and the professional life. This research was conducted with a sample of 392 participants of banking sector employees in order to examine the relationship between employee voice and communication satisfaction. As a result of the analysis; it has been found that the relationship between employee voice and communication satisfaction is significant and positive in the middle level. The relationship between employee voice and communication satisfaction has a low moderator effect on informal communication channels and gender.
