Abstract (EN)
Motivation, emerges as one of the most important psycho-social factors, in between the institutions and their employees especially nowadays that are affecting the relationships among the employees and the institution as well as the customers with each others. The increasing of the motivation prevents the emergence of the burnout syndrome in the employees of the institution. Therefore, the activities related with the burnout and eliminating the burnout increases the motivation of the employee. Thus, the inverse relationship between motivation and burnout is of great importance in determining the policies of the institution. Motivation and burnout are concepts that are associated with each other. The motivated individual cannot be easily captured by burnout, even s/he is captured, by being motivated they can easily cope with it. The unmotivated individual are more easily captured by burnout and face difficulties in coping with it. This case takes the entire social life of the individual under its influence. An individual who is motivated by a variety of psycho-social factors may have healthier relationships both with his/her own life as well as their external social media and they are being able to deal with the potential problems more easier.
