Abstract (EN)
The aim of the studies which carrying out in observatories is generally to obtain data from the objects in the sky. The data mentioned is the luminosity of these objects, mostly. Some effect on observations must be eliminated before analyzing the data. The most important one of such effects is atmospheric extintion. The seasonal variation of this effect represents the quality of observational condition of the observatory.In this thesis, the atmospheric extintion coefficient of Çanakkale Onsekiz Mart University Ulupınar Observatory is calculated by using data of the observatory. Additionally, the seasonal variation of the coefficient is investigated.
