Abstract (EN)
Cross-linked polyethylene is an industrial waste material that is unlikely to be reused industrially and has harmful effects on the environment. For this reason, the disposal/recovery of XLPE will be facilitated by using bulk-based raw materials and XLPE in concrete curb production. It is foreseen that XLPE will be used effectively in products such as precast concrete curb production, which require a high raw material requirement in terms of weight, even if it is low in weight, considering that such products are mass-produced and there is a high demand, and thus XLPE will be evaluated.
