Abstract (EN)
In this work, it is analyzed and assessed that İttihad_ı İslam work created by Celal Nuri who is the second constitutional monarchy and subsequent important personality.Celal Nuri who came from exclusive and literate family, didn?t work as a lawyer but worked as a journalist. With his written out essays and books he has giving important developments and presented resolution advisory about that turn.In his work of art which is called İttihad_ı İslam, He has giving information about Muslims who are living around various regions and attracted attention to how those people were being exploited by powerful governments. In this work of art which we have analyzed and assessed, He advocated Pan-Islamic Partisanship against Pan-German partisanship and Pan-slav partisanship. Here at the point of Islamic union, he calls attention to Arabic Language and represented that indispensable elements of Ittihad_ı Islam (Islamic Cooperation) are caliphate, haj (pilgrimage) and education .In our work of art we can achieve cognizance (information) about a term which Celal Nuri is lived.
