Research for the appopriate section in steel industrial structures

In this study prepared as a high level degree thesis about the steel constructions, two different structures, "full-filled carcass and the frame system", supposed to be exposed in the same pyhsical effects and in the same pysical atmosphere are compared with each other in economical perspective. In the first and second section of the three-section-study, the loads on the structures are calculated one by one and the structures under these loads of which length and height are changing differently are calculated by the help of the computer programme. Then the results are calculated by using the standards in order to determine the elements. At the end of the second and third sections, the total weight of bars per meters square and painting areas are tabulated for every structure. On the other hand, in the fourth section, these tabulated results are analysed in detail to draw a definite conclusion. xni
