Abstract (EN)
We explaned in this thesis what cartoon arts?s stages of development in Turkey and all over the World. Cartoonist who made a major contribution was also considered and analyzed. Especially, we analyzed the most important cartoonist Cemal Erez?s entry into the World of cartoon and their achievements, technics and practices.
