Abstract (EN)

No man is coming to the world at his/her own request. In the existence of human, the will of the Creator and parents is effective. Therefore, in finding the existence of human, decision makers outside of him/herself play a role. Today, some medical procedures applied on the human, are considered to interfere with God's creation. At this point, almost no natural human reproduction, in contrast human is produced. As decision-makers are effective in the field of human existence, they may also be effective at the non-existence of human. The presence of fetus, which will be present in the absence of any outside intervention, may be terminated for various reasons / excuses. Our study aims to eleborate the medical interventions, in the formation stage of the fetus and after, according to Islamic law. We have discussed the modern methods of having children, alleged reasons to get rid of a formed fetus and their evaluations in terms of the Islamic law. Not a consensus about the beginning of life, in contrast the beginning of life is understood and tried to determine with particle approach. As a general rule we can say that: medical interventions in nature of therapeutic, facilitator and the beneficial has been adopted in terms of Islam. In contrast, medical interventions in nature to disrupt or negative feature is not accepted. Keywords: 1) the fetus, 2) artificial insemination, 3) homologous insemination, 4) heterologous insemination, 5) Abortion.
