Abstract (EN)

Despite the increase in the production quantities in Snack pumpkin, the amount of product received from the unit area did not reach adequate levels. The effects of PGPR's on yield, fruit quality and vegetative growth is well known. Nusem and Beppo cultivars were used to determine the effects of different plant activators on plant growth, fruit and seed quality and yield in snack pumpkin. Crop-set, EM1, ERS, Vitormone-Plus Drip, Bacillus subtilis (OSU 142), Bacillus megatorium (M3), Azospirillum sp. (SP 245), Spirulina platensis are PGPR's were used in this study. In the experiment, the plant activators were applied to the plants alone or in combination with each other and organic fertilizer. According to the results highest biomass was obtained from Nusem and Beppo cultivar and highest value in measurement as number of fruits, fruits diameter, fruit length, fruit circumference were obtained from convantional fertilizer application as control. Highest total seed yield, seed yield per plant, seed yield per fruit were obtained from application of CR+OG. Chemical analyzes of the total amount of fat, protein, fatty acid composition and mineral matter content in the seeds were obtained from different applications. Mineral (P, K, Fe, Zn, Mn, Cu, Ca, Mg) measurements in seeds have been found to affect different element levels of different plant activators.
