Abstract (EN)

In this thesis, it is assumed that the reference measuring devices in which the calibrations of the measuring devices which are frequently used in industrial establishments and manufacturing workshops are made with different reference calibrations which are thought to obtain more accurate measurement results and lower measurement uncertainties instead of the references that are used, Uncertainties and calibrations. New calibration methods have been tried to be developed for reference to the references used in the calibration processes of basic measuring devices, which are used mainly by industrial organizations for dimensional measurements. These reference devices; It was evaluated as a Camerical Measuring Device, a Universal Length Measuring Device and a Measuring Time Calibrator. For these reference devices used in the field of dimensional calibration, other than the known and used calibration methods, the Laser Interferometer method was used as a reference and the calibration results with less deviation and lower measurement uncertainties were tried to be obtained.
