Abstract (EN)
The object of this examination is to carry out a linguistic analysis by studying the translations of ?Konrad Oder Das Kind aus der Konservenbüchse?, a child novel by Christine Nöstlinger, at two different times by two different translators (Mine Kazmaoğlu ve Sakine Eruz), through comparative method from structural-cultural aspects. Also it is, through this analysis, to demonstrate how the differences change the source text and offer solutions to problematic structures by identifying the discrepancies between source and target texts (with regard to word, sentence and syntax).The entire work being object of the study, sampling method with problematic structures, which are restricted by linguistic and cultural elements, sourcing from the translations by two different translators has been chosen within the study.Keywords: Translation, Science of Translation, Equivalency, Children Literature, Translation Criticism
