Abstract (EN)
Career management is a proses that takes care of setting career goals, and progression in career, by raising awareness about yourself and the environment. Career development is all the activities and actions that employee sunder take to achieve their career goals during their business life. Career planning is a problem- solving and decision-making process that aims to establish the most appropriate relationship between Employees values and needs, and work experiences and opportunities. In double-working families the work is about a discussion of problems, conflicts, reciprocal reactions and how couples work with the couple in the society, how they should plan their careers, what they should do while they are doing it, what problems they are most likely to have problems with, has been done. Keywords: careermanagement, careerplanning, problems they have experienced, social and economic life.
