Abstract (EN)

Enzymes cover a series of reactions that catalyse the total biochemical activities of soils. These are chemicals released by soil microbes that aid in the digestion of nutrients. These enzymes are found free in the soil solution as well as bound to the organic and inorganic components of the soil. Soil enzymes play an important role in soil biological activity and soil fertility. Although soil organisms regulate soil fertility, living organisms in the soil also catalyze the biochemical properties of soils. For this reason, it is necessary to determine the biological parameters before determining the physicochemical (productivity) properties of soils. For this purpose, urease, dehydrogenase and catalase enzyme activities of soils cultivated under different plant patterns under farmer conditions in Cizre Plain of Şırnak province will be determined. Four different plant soils and three replications will be sampled.
