The method of demonstration of god's existence for Mohammed Saeed Ramadan Al-Bouti within context of his work Kubra al-yaqeeniat al-kavniyya

In the Kalam literature, the method of proving the existence of God is called "Isbat al-Wajib". This topic has occupied the agenda of believers and non-believers throughout history. It can be said that the works of isbat al-Wajib (proving the existence of God), which are as old as human history itself, have emerged in various forms according to each period and interlocutor. The initial manifestations of isbât al-Wajib, as observed in the Qur'an and the Sunnah, have gradually become more systematic as Muslims have encountered individuals and communities with different religions and ideologies. Over time, evidences proving the existence of Allah has started to emerge, and the works of isbat al-Wajib have progressed. These evidences and methods of isbat al-Wajib have developed and formed a literature. Nowadays, just like before, the works of isbat al-Wajib have started to take place as a defense against skeptical ideas and ideologies, forming methods and evidence suitable for the era and the levels of the interlocutors. Here, Mohammed Saeed Ramadan al-Bouti is one of the important scholars who engages in the works of isbat al-Wajib in the present day. In this study, the method of isbat al-Wajib employed by the mentioned scholar will be attempted to be identified, and the research area will be based on the work titled Kubra al-yaqeeniat al-kavniyya. This study consists of an introduction, three sections, and a conclusion. The introduction of this study explains the importance of the research, the methodology, and the references used. In the first section, brief introductory information is provided about the period, life, family, scholarly personality, works, and particularly the work titled "Kubra al-yaqeeniat al-kavniyya" of Mohammed Saeed Ramadan al-Bouti. In the second section, the subject of isbat al-Wajib is discussed in a general sense. In the third section, the focus is on al-Bouti's method of isbat al-Wajib, and an attempt is made to identify the evidence he used for the purpose of isbat al-Wajib. In this section, emphasis is placed on the responses given by al-Bouti –similar to what some other Kalam scholars have done– to the doubts and claims created by skeptical movements such as materialism, evolution, and positivism in the context of belief. The research concludes with a summary of al-Bûtî's method of isbat al-Wajib in the conclusion section.
