Abstract (EN)
Herbal products applied to the skin in society are widely used due to their therapeutic properties and various effects on skin care products in the field of cosmetics. In this study, CBMN and comet tests from in vitro tests and possible klastogenic, cytotoxic and genotoxic effects of plant-derived products in healthy human lymphocyte cells, their effects were derived products were investigated, selected sweet almond oil (Prunus amygdalus var. dulcus oleum) and avocado oil (Persea gratissima oleum) %25 ( 5 µl/ml), %50 (10 µl/ml), %75 (15 µl/ml) and %100 (20 µl/ml) concentrations were applied to the cells and the results were determined that the significantness values increased in high doses of fats (%75 - %100) depending on the dose and duration compared to spontaneous (control) in the SPSS program and did not make any sense in their low doses (%25 - %50). Due to the high demand of people for plant derived products, it is envisaged that these products will be investigated and supported in detail with further studies on reliability and conformity. Keywords: CBMN test, Comet test, Genotoxicity, Avocado oil (Persea gratissima oleum), Sweet almond oil (Prunus amygdalus var. dulcus oleum).
