Abstract (EN)

Production planning as it is in all open pit mining has been very important in cement industry as well, because of the large numbers of raw material parameters need. It is essential to realize an automatic production plan using the drill hole data in order to blend the different structured raw materials such as limestone, clay, etc. on the production site. After roughly defining the production-planning program, the computer software that would be used for solving the problem is designed. The jeostatistical method, which does not have much of a history in our country and also defined as one of the best estimation methods, was discarded due to complexity of application and due to high possibility of human error, in case of usage by untrained users. Instead, the employed method is the inverse of distances method, which minimizes the human factor. Using the available drill samples obtained from the Söke area, terrain modeling is performed using the inverse of distances method, and the results are used in the designed software. The main aim is to produce an algorithm and the computer software to perform the optimization of the raw material usage throughout the plant lifetime, in order to provide production continuity in a process where raw materials with different chemical structures are employed.
