Abstract (EN)
One of the significant reasons for the evolution of the international system into the multipolar structure is the rise of China as an economic giant. The entrance of China into the international stage as an immense economic-based power has ended with the emergence of the "Belt Road" Project to increase its self-economic dynamics. In this context, the topic of the thesis is explaining the Belt Road Project. Because of its geographical and geopolitical location, Türkiye always has been affected by the west-east axis international issues. Therefore, as a wide range of projects, China's Belt Road Project will influence Türkiye with its west-east axis elements. Within this framework, the purpose of the thesis is to present ideas about the possible effects of the Belt Road Project on Türkiye, which is a fundamental problem of the thesis, by creating a political economy. Although the project has not ended yet, many concrete steps have been taken, including Türkiye. On the other hand, as a superpower, the USA has perceived China's rising and its Belt Road Project as a threat to itself. Consequently, these matters being lived in international relations will affect Türkiye too as inevitably.
