Abstract (EN)
The aim of this graduate study is to produce ZnO crystals with different size, morphology and specific surface areas in laboratory and to investigate the antibacterial effect of its on bacterial colonies of S. aureus, L. monocytogenes and S. Enteriditis by using Taguchi method. ZnO crystals with different size, morphology and specific surface areas were found to be effective on the bacteria in question and comparative results were given. The effects of ZnO crystals with different properties were found to be altered.
