In addition to these responsibilities of women employees, they are subjected to many discrimination practices in the enterprises in which they work. According to the findings obtained, it has been observed that male and female employees tolerate discriminatory attitudes and behaviors within the enterprise. They are subjected to negative and positive discrimination practices against women in the business. It is seen that gender discrimination behaviors reveal the intention to quit work and negatively affect their happiness status at work. The results of the study show that employees should receive training on gender discrimination and that women employees should be evaluated equally in matters of remuneration, retirement, promotion.
