Female employees with career goals need to make more effort in enterprises than male employees, and they have to fulfill their family responsibilities as well as their job responsibilities. In addition to these responsibilities of women employees, they are subjected to many discrimination practices in the enterprises in which they work. For these reasons, women have to apply social stereotypical thoughts in order to ensure permanence in enterprises and fulfill their career goals. The tourism sector is a sector where male and female employees are more concentrated. In this study, the attitudes and behaviors of male and female employees working in the tourism sector against gender discrimination is examined. According to the findings obtained, it has been observed that male and female employees tolerate discriminatory attitudes and behaviors within the enterprise. They are subjected to negative and positive discrimination practices against women in the business. It is seen that gender discrimination behaviors reveal the intention to quit work and negatively affect their happiness status at work. The results of the study show that employees should receive training on gender discrimination and that women employees should be evaluated equally in matters of remuneration, retirement, promotion.
