Abstract (EN)

In this study, in order to develop and determine the most suitable growing environments for lemon balm (Melissa officinalis L.), six different dry doses of Cladophora sp. and Microcystis sp. algae fertilizers (Control, 0.2%; 0.4%; 0.6%; 0.8%; 1%) and their mixtures (50% + 50%) were applied to the soil as liquid three times. The experiment was carried out in 7 liter pots in the Biology Department Greenhouse between 13.10.2022 and 12.06.2023 in three replications. During the research, some of the distinguishing features of lemon balm quality; such as shortest and longest branch length, fresh and dry part weight, fresh and dry root weight, leaf number, average branch number, chlorophyll yield were examined. The results obtained were evaluated statistically. KEYWORDS: Plant development, Cladophora sp, Microcystis sp., Mixed algae culture, Lemon Balm (Melissa officinalis L.)
