Abstract (EN)

In thıs study effects of mycorrhizal fungus inoculation and together were evaluated on the basic plant growth characteristics of maize plants and alkaline phosphates, dehydrogenase, urease and ß glucosidase enzyme acrivites in the rhizospere. The study was carried out in greenhouse according to the random plot factorical trial design with 3 replications The first factor is mycorrhizal inoculation (unınoculated, inoculated with 5g/kg,10g/kg,15g/kg) , the second factor is Cladophora sp.(0,0.5, 1, 1.5 %) application. The effects of the treatmants were different on basic plant growth characteristiec. The highest valves in alkaline phosphatase , urease and dehydrogenase enzyme activities were obtained with the combined application of 1.5 % extract of Cladophora sp. and 15 g/kg mycorrhizal inoculation. The highest ß- glucosidase activity was obtained with the combined application of 1 % extract of Cladophora sp. and 10 g/kg mycorrihizal inoculation. The application of mycorrhiza and Cladophora together can be present as an envirnonmentally friendly strategy to increase plant quality with a healthier rhizosphere by increasing some enzyme activities in the plant root zone, that is , therhizosphere.
