Abstract (EN)
The hadron calorimeter of the CMS detector consists of four units of sub detectors which are the hadronic barrel (HB), the hadronic endcap (HE), the hadronic outer (HO) and the hadronic forward (HF) calorimeters. HF had been using single anode PMTs as photodetectors. It has been decided to change the single anode PMTs with four anode PMTs during the upgrade of the CMS. This study consists of the control tests of the four anode PMTs which are going to be used in HF before the installation. Key Words: CMS, HCAL,HF,PMT, quality control tests
