This analysis is focused on levels of the moral judgement of the adolescence that stay in juvenile boarstle and juvenile and adolesance closed criminal execution in Ankara .Sampling of the research is composed by totally 135 adolesance; of 45 stayed in the juvenile boarstle related to ministery of justice in Ankara, Elazıg and İzmir; and of 90 stayed in juvenile and adolesance closed criminal execution in Ankara.Defining Issues Test (DIT) to assess the levels of moral judgement of the adolescence and personal verse form that has been comprised by the analyst have been used for the analysis.According to the results of moral phases of the adolescence stayed in juvenile boarstle and juvenile and the adolescence closed criminal execution in Ankara ; a significative difference (p<0.05) is seen between phase 2 scores,phase 3 scores ,phase 5a scores ,phase M scores and P level scores. Neverthless, a significant difference isn? t seen between phase 4 scores, phase 5b scores, phase 6 scores and phase A scores.The phase 5a, phase M and the phase P level scores of The adolescense stayed in the juvenile boarstle but the phase 2 and phase 3 scores of the children stayed in the juvenile and adolescense closed criminal execution are seen higher. Taking all phases in to consideration, seen that the adolescence stayed in the juvenile and adolescense closed criminal execution had higher scores on the lower moral development phases; but adolescense stayed in the juvenile boarstle had higher scores on the upper moral development phases .However ?age, number of brothers,birth order, level of education, types of delinquency, time of staying in the institution, criminal record of the family? is monitored that the children staying in juvenile boarstle and juvenile and adolesance criminal execution don t have an meaningful difference on moral judgement level .
