Abstract (EN)
Objective: The aim of this study was to investigate the relationship between emotional labor behaviors and liking of children levels of pediatric nurses. Materials and Methods: This descriptive and cross - sectional study was conducted between 25 March - 31 May 2019 with 150 pediatric nurses working in the pediatric clinics and polyclinics of Tepecik Training and Research Hospital in Izmir. Nurse introduction form, Emotional Labor Behavior Scale (ELBS) and Barnett Liking of Children Scale (BLOCS) forms. collected with, as a data collection tool The data were analyzed with SPSS 25.0 program. In the analysis of the data; Descriptive statistics were used with Kruskal Wallis Test, Mann Whitney U Test, Nonparametric Correlation Analysis Test and Stepwise Regression Test.
