Abstract (EN)

For being alive in global competition, firstly; companies improve their internal process efficiency. Today, the internal process efficiency reaches their up border line and companies started to search for improving their supply chain efficiency. Natural result of this argument, in recent years; experts talk about supply chains? competition, instead of companies? competition.Companies direct to outsoursing trend for improving their supply chain efficiency. They transfer their logistic process to 3rd Part of logistic providers. 3rd part logistic providers manage their customers?; inboung, warehouse and transport process. They combine customers same process for rising efficiency.In this thesis, for minimizing 3rd part logistic providers? customers? transport costs and transport time, we provide a multi criteria fuzzy optimization model. In this model, the transport time provide as uncertain. For applicate this model, a computer program was created in Delphi and tested for realistic scenarios.
